I got a call from someone called Deana said she was a state (which state?)process server and some criminal complaint was filed against me and I am supposed to call some Ronald Pierce with a mediation firm at the end of today, prior to him submitting a "guilty plea" on my behalf (is that legal? how does he know I'm guilty of anything?)with a county court and gave me a phone # to call 202-689-9818.
You have to be kidding!!! I have no clue what they are talking about.
I have received over 10 different phone calls to my cell phone from various people threatening that they are process servers for the State of KY and that I have a complaint filed against me in District Court and that I need to contact Ronald Pierce at (202) 689-9818 and ref #GMB189__. I also have received numerous unknown caller numbers (888) 745-3191 and (321) 250-1292 numbers. I have voicemails from Sophia Larson, Michelle Page and James Huffman. I called the (202) 689-9818 number and a man's voice said he was Ronald Pierce and to leave a message. I did. He immediately called me back from an unknown wireless number and was threatening me and asking for my attorney's bar number, and after I asked him to send to me documentation of this "complaint", he wouldn't shut up and refused to listen to me so I hung up on him I was then bombarded with obscene calls from private numbers, unknown number and a foreign man finally answered on the 5th call and after I said my firm's name (oh yeah, I work for an attorney's office in the State of Kentucky HAHA) he said, "[***] you, and I said, why are you cursing me, he said, "because I want you to [***]". I also have a voice-over voicemail from the number above wherein you can tell it is someone foreign trying to voice-over to be Mr. Pierce. These people need to be stopped!
