I got a phone call stating that I have two charges against me im my county attached to my social security for fraudulent activity I need to call them to resolve the matter I am scared to call back. Is it real ice done stupid things when I was young like 8 years ago would it be for that long ago?????
DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING.>.> this is a sweat shop operation operating illegally..... they cant do anything to you, they can't sue you, garnish you, or file any "charges" against you, these are false threats intended to extort money from you. My ex received a call from 202-697-4451 and said I had two charges pending against me. 15 minutes later they called me with a pre-recorded message and I called them back with a reference # JHI6426. It was a woman who mentioned some attorney's office saying I owed 868.13 to Ace Express Pay Day loans that was opened July 27, 2008. I've never had a payday loan in my life!!! They said that they would send it over to their disputes department. They even had my home address and new phone number. I immediately put in a complaint with the FCC. SUPER FRAUD!!
