I get these fraudulent calls and no one knows how these disgusting people can be stopped even the police

Received call saying the IRS was initiating a law suit against me. Called back and I knew it was a scam because they picked up on the first ring. Broken English.
IRS will not notify you by a cold phone call.

I got the same message from irs. Called back. No answer.

I got this same call about an IRS lawsuit.  He answered and said some vulgar stuff that I won't retype here. It's a scam and I'm reporting now.
