They said they were from the United States treasury, calling because my taxes was done wrong for the last 3 Years,

There is a widespread IRS (or CRA) or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both USA and Canadian residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

Unfortunately we have one indicating the call they received was legitimate. I sure hope they like red.
