I Laughed when I got the same voice message. I agree with you that this is too funny! I have been a CPA for 22 years and believe me...I know tax laws. I feel bad for elderly or just naive people that might be taken advantage of by cads like this.
I got the same call today, stating i would be issued an indictment from a grand jury if i didnt respond immediately in calling this number back. Additionally, caller stated she was feom the us treasury dept. when im cslled back, some one woth a thick foreign accent answered , but hung up when i demanded that he identify who he was and if he worked for thae united states govt.
Computer call asking for call back due to enforcing fraud against my name. Something about US Treasury Federal Court claim and being arrestednot clear. Did not leave name just this number.
