They called me saying that I had some form of fraud case against me, which can't be possible. I have a student loan that I am about to start making payments on but that is it. These people are worthless pieces of [***] for trying to scam people. They wanted me to seek legal help, with payment of course, through them.
they gave me a badge number name n stated they were from the Federal Crime n Investigation Dept. claiming I owed $420.00 on a 1 time virginia state personal tax payment and they called me by my alias not my real name. Told me I would be arrested if I did not pay them right now.
The officer claimed to be Officee Jason Wright badge number 0939. Apparently every Virginian has to make this one time personal tax payment.
I was just advised by the county police to call the IRS n report them. Although they tried to say I owed them some sorta once in a life time personal tax payment everyone pays n even gave me a officer name n badge number so I am reporting them to the IRS because it's a scam!!!!
They called me telling me that I have been offered a $9,200 grant for school. I qualify because I pay my bills on time and am a good person and some other b.s.
