The callers are desperate & immoral scammers. They are getting extremely active right now. They know it's tax time.
Ignore the calls. The IRS does NOT initiate contact with anyone by phone. The IRS does NOT make threats of arrest by phone. The IRS does NOT request any payments be made via pre-paid cards, money-packs or wire. NOT EVER!
