A firm calling itself BRADFORD JONES ASSOCIATES has been calling the living daylights out of me for what thy say is a fraud check charge against me in the state of Georgia, and I have never bought anything nor cashed a check in the state of Georgia in my life.  I live in Florida.

EDMOND YATES has been calling and harrassing both MY MOTHER in South Carolina, and ME here in Florida.  Threatening to come down here with the Police, and the F.B.I. to arrest me, and reposess a
car that I paid for cash, and don't owe any money on.  

I have EXCELLENT credit, and ALWAYS PAY MY BILL.S    

somebody a few years ago DID steal my identity, and cashed a bogus check using my name in Georgia
and the case was investigated by the Police in Georgia, and the Sheriff's department here in Florida and both found out THE REAL PERSON THAT DID THIS.   So there were never any charges filed against me,
and there is no debt charged against me.   I have sent copies of this to all the credit bureaus, and also
to FORMER collection agencies who attempted to accuse ME of being the perpitrator, but the police say
that I am no longer responsible to continue sending out anything to ANY collection agency in ANY state.

I explained all this to the best of my ability to EDMOND YATES between his continued wild rantings
about what a loser i was, and how he's going to have me put behind bars, and so forth.

IF ANYBODY HEARS FROM THESE LOW LIFE STREET THUGS,  you need to report it to te police
in your districut, AND contact one of the HUDREDS of law firms that SUE SCUM BAG collectors like this.
