called 5-19-2016 1603 hours EST, did not answer, left swiped. how I wish i could use VM's call blocking program that their overloaded with bloatware phone won't let me download due to 'insufficient memory'. frustrating.

Many of the really obnoxious calls purporting to be "conservative" are actually democrat operatives running desinformatzia smear campaigns. For instance a lot of the "tea party" groups that make obnoxious and offensive calls are run by the DNC.
I hope that "Emotional Problems" gets his/her meds adjusted soon.

Actually, the calls originate from a Washington DC-based call center with no partisan allegiance. It's strictly a business offering clients calling services for a fee. Evidently they've contracted with both the DNC and the RNC. Picture yourself watching TV during election season. You're likely to see political ads for opposing candidates running in sequence during the same commercial break. Maybe even back-to-back. It's just business. No conflict of interest. But the calls are annoying.
