Could this be a sign that matters could be turning, albeit how slightly for now, in the direction of bringing relief to beleaguered folks like us who have been posting reports about "bad phone calls" for years?

Further data: Look for the Sender ID [email protected] with the acknowledgement e-mail(s) coming from the FCC. If you sent a lot of complaints in the last few weeks, you should get a lot of such e-mails. It's time something happened to show that time is long overdue to take action against "bad phone calls."
