Just a moment ago someone named Cliff called my phone from a unavailable number and stated that i qualified for a US Government Grant for $9000. He gave me a confirmation number for qualifying and then he gave me this number 202-738-1191 asked me to speak to his supervisor Viola. So i called just being curious and she answered the number right away explaining to for me to send $260 thru western union and they would put the 9000 in the same day and guess what thru western union...... (yeah okay)
Basically moral of this ish is that these people are scamming, conniving mofos!

Thank you !! I just received a call and was told to call that number too, It sounded scammish from the beginning. So I googled the number. Thanks for confirming my suspicions
My husband received the same message, but was to send $310 dollars through Western Union.
When I asked questions the lady was really mean and would not answer anything, but stated that I had to go to Western Union right this minute with the money and call her when I got there.
Needless to say I hung up on her.
I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS SAME NUMBER,TELLING ME THAT I ALSO WAS QUALIFY FOR A GRANT FROM THE GOVERMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF 9,0000,AFTER TALKING TO THESE PPL. I GOOGLE THE PHONE NUMBER AND KNEW ALREADY BEFORE I GOOGLE THE NUMBER THAT IT WAS A SCAM,I CALLED BACK AND RETALKED TO VIOLA AND READ WHAT I GOOGLE AND I TOLD HER TO STOP SCAMING PPL.AND I TOLD HER THAT MY HUSBAND IS A DETECTIVE.PLEASE PPL. DON'T SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS.
