I have received several calls from 202-738-1768, Richard Olson, claiming I received a $9000 grant. All I had to pay was $250 processing fee, it would be reimbursed with the $9000. They called me every 2 hours to confirm that they were processing my transaction. Now they claim that I have to pay state taxes, in a state that doesn't pay taxes! Even gave me www.grants.gov page as reference. Also watch out for Jason Fletcher, Senior Processing Agent at 202-738-4572.

The big red flag is:
"....claiming I received a $9000 grant. All I had to pay was $250 processing fee...."
Any time that YOU have to pay THEM to get YOUR money, you know that it's a scam.
If you had REALLY 'received a grant' / 'won a lottery' / 'inherited money from Uncle Phil' or whatever, they would have your money and could deduct all the fees and taxes before handing you the remainder.
Even I have received the call with the same I followed all the instructions of gentle man and I got $9250 by cash in western n union thanks a lot Mr. Richard wish you good luck..
HI guys I just want to say thanks to Mr.Fletcher and Mr.Richard Wilson because of their help only I have received my grants money ... may be these guys did not follow the instruction of officers and because of that did not receive their money but I am not sure one thing is sure that I have got my money in just two days in western union by cash....
