Who called from 2027384541

I recieved a call from the above number.  He said I was awarded a 9K grant from the federal government.  He then asked for personal information.  When I said no, he hung up.

I received a call from someone who said they represents the IRS telling me I would receive 9k for being a good tax payer.  I played along with them. They had a foreign voice.  I could get money directly into my account. By debt card or delivery of cash.  I said cash delivery. They verified my address which wad not correct but I said it was and than gave me another number to call for delivery.  (Both were 202 ares coded. I said thank you and then I said "I know this is a SCAM and I will report you. I wad immediately cursed out in English and disconnected.  I gave no personal information.

The same as above.  They called said and i was receiving a grant for $9,000 asked my info
said they were from social services in DC and ask how would I like the money to be sent to me account or put on a card or cash I said cash then he gave me a comfermation number said his name was Derrick Clark but he was'nt from America with a heavy Indian accent.  called this number and he put me on hold then he when he returned he act as if he could not hear me and hung up. I called back the number was busy the first number was no longer in service.    202-986-2207 not in service
And 202-738-4541 busy  its a scam for your info but they have your name and other stuff already who do I report this to ?

Received a call from this number about a $9K government grant because I pay my bills on time, taxes, & have not filed bankruptcy.  I played along as they verified my name & address (Ct. was called "city").  They wanted my age & I told them the government knows my age.  He gave me the number of his senior manager (Derrick Clark) & was told to call him immediately after our conversation at 202-738-4541.  Obviously, I'm NOT doing it.
