Also, since they presumably have your personal information, please place flags on your credit report with Experian,TransUnion , and Equifax.
Please also file a report with your local authorities, your state's attorney general, the FBI, the Department of Justice, and the FTC. You can also report this to the real US Grants website by going to http://www.grants.gov then click on support, and in the drop down menu, click on grant fraud. The number and email address will be listed at the top of the page.
