I called this number today. Its a telemarketing company that "loans" the phone number on a day to day basis to various companies that use it to contact you because your number was given to the company (probably on an online sweepstakes or free offer site that you participated in). If you call the phone number on the day you recieve the call, listen to the recording and it will give you the option to add your number to the "do not call" list. However this only removes it from the company that was using the phone number that day. I suggest saving it on your phone as a "do not call" registry. Then make the effort to do this each time on the day you recieve the call.
