Just received a call on my home office line from "Economic Relief" @ 202-747-7345 and when "Crystal" answered I simply said... "I'm sure you know what I'm about to say" and the phone line went dead.
5 seconds later I received another call from this same number on my home line (my second phone number is different by only the last digit) so I'm guessing that they are just dialing every possible number in each area code. The person who answered the second time was my friend Crystal. Again, when I said I think we just got disconnected, she hung up on me!
All of my phone lines are registered on the do not call list.
Rude employee- hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
Who are these people?
Tried to call back- voice mailbox was full.
They claim to represent Visa / Mastercard???
Like others, person asked if I would like to lower my interest rates. I said I just wanted to know the name of her company. She replied she worked for "Card Services" She then asked if I would like to have the address. I said sure. She said "the address is, 411 Go To Hell" I'm completely serious. Her name was Tasha.
