No matter what their case is, I know that my number is on the National Do Not Call List.
Got a call on my personal phone so of couse I was skeptical. Guy was extremely polite and is sending me two free films. He didn't ask for any info that wasn't in the phone book so I'm excited to see what this is all about. Will post follow up.
I got a call from them on my cell phone. It said it was coming from the District of Columbia, and at my job we have a location in DC so I answered it, thinking it might be a co-worker. It was this call about the movies, which takes up the minutes I pay for during the day. Calling houses is fine, but using up minutes is not.

I just got a call from this number. The organization is KidsFirst. They are looking for people to watch and review two movies. You get to keep the movies. It looks like they just call random numbers to get more variety on the feedback. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite.
