I received a call from this #claiming there was an avidavit filed against me from the IRS. I have had a stroke and don't know what I should do?

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I called my local sheriff's department and told them if I have an arrest war debt out for me let me know I will turn myself in after I pick up my kids and take them to my husband he laughed and said there is none out for my arrest

Don't fret and don't worry.  This is a typical India-based scam.

IRS would never initiate a call by phone.   IRS procedures are almost always settled administratively.

Like I say, phony call by Indian scammers.

Just got a call from this number. I didn't recognize the number so let the answering machine pick up. The message was cut off to only saying "if you don't call back, there will be a police officer at your door."
