I got a message today from 202 751 0752 that this was the final (I never got any other contact from them so "final" was also the "first"and also B.S.) notice that IRS Internal Revenue Service is filing a lawsuit against me and for more information call "their" number 832 858 7649.  I will not call either of these numbers and instead will contact the real IRS.  I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC.

Received 3 calls also. 1 with the 0752 number and 2 with the 1163 number all on my recorder. All said I was being sued by the irs and to contact them.  Figured it was a scam because irs makes all contacts by mail.  Checked this site and found that it was a scam.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
