800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I called the number. It's a company that says you signed up or filled out a survey on one of their affiliate company's websites and because you did so they want to give a $100 gift to you. If you call it back and push 2 you can get on their do not call list.

So I received a call this morning from this number.  Being in my job I actually call into this area and thought it was someone returning my call being I use my cell # a lot.  So as others mentioned it's a reward for visiting on of their websites.  I did press 1 and spoke with a Christina.  She asked my first name and the state i was calling from.  She then said I would receive a $100 Gift Card, $25 AMEX Card, and a $40 Gas Card all for a reasonable activation of $4.95.  I said I get all of this for $4.95 activation fee.  She then said "Oh My God" I asked what she was Oh My God about and she stated she feels like crap today.  I told her that was a good sales tactic.  She said yes you get all 3 for $4.95. I asked where she got my information and she hung up on me..  Glad i called from my work line.
