got a call this morning. Got transferred to IT department. IT rep asked me to press the windows key on my laptop and R at the same time. Asked me what I saw on the screen I said I saw [cmd] The caller hung up Hope this does not cause problems on my system in the future
Received a call at 8am...claiming to be "Windows Technical Department" (lol). I told them to hold while I transferred their call to 42 Division (police dept.).
Hello, same thing as the above complaints. They claimed to be Windows Tech Dept. They wanted to get a hold of my PC. I asked them if I could call them back. They gave me number 1-800-529-7661. I called the number just to see what would happen. Not available from my calling area. BEWARE.........lol
