I told the non English speakers that I had 5 million dollars of my own and he still kept giving me the spiel.

Wow same here keeps calling but I never answer !

Called me about a grant I declined and he replied "f*ck you" definitely Arabic or Indian, could tell by his voice, something needs to be DONE!
