Don't fall for that call cause it's a Scam . Don't even call back by calling that number back all he wants is to give you a snow job in tricking you to give him your S.S.# and your DOB. By returning his call. I had the same caller today said the same thing happened to me and I know better that the IRS would not call you by phone. IRS would send you a letter with their stationary heading and would put down in a letter to you your name,address'case number,DOB and SS# with a explanation of the Law Suit. If you still have that phoney call is to contact the fraud dept. Check your government pages for that. The more people complain about this creep the more chance of something to be done to have this guy prosecuted for impersonating IRS and committing fraud. This very serious what he's doing to you,me and everyone else.
One important thing is anyone who is calling you on the phone the number you do not recognize that number do not answer it. Remember do not be curious to pick it up cause whomever you answer that number , you do not know may risk your life savings or and will ruin your identity. Word to the Wise!

Wow what a way to wake up in the morning some guy called me Saturday morning claiming I owe back taxes from 2010 and need to come up with a deposit of $2,500 from going to jail they couldn't even confirm my mailing address had no type of proof to provide me and I am now waiting for the sheriff to appear at my door step to go to jail. All of the reps I spoke in a heavy India accent and kept chipping away for a deposit. I had a lot of fun and will called them back in 2 hours to ask them if the sheriff got lost because I am dressed and still waiting on them, The dumb [***]'s couldn't even confirm from what company these alleged company these taxes come from. I am going to call back and represent myself as an attorney and really give them a run for there money since they woke me up for this crap.
DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS BS, INFORM THEM HERE IS MY ATTORNEYS NUMBER 202-754-8753 WHICH WILL REROUTE THE CALL BACK TO THEIR OFFICE.
