They persistently called me until I answered. Man with Indian accent asked if it was me by name (not my full name though), said there's been a legal complaint about me, asked if I'd gotten a call from a 911 number and said he'd forward me to someone who can help me. I hung up and blocked them. They called me from the +1(911) number and accidentally left a 6s voicemail, which my phone showed as being from India. Scam. Don't answer and block them right away.
