Got a call from the above number stating that he was from the Federal Government student grant or something. He gave me a code GG1972 and told me to call back the above number and speak to Melissa William, who will then send me $8,500 grant that i won't have to pay back. But i am did not call back.
Got a call from 617-714-0977 number (Nancy Smith) stating that she is from the US Grants and Treasury department of Washington DC. She gave me a code PR697 and told me to call back the 202-754-8419 number and speak to Melissa William, Supervisor Accounting Manager who will then send me $8,500 grant and who will be instructing of the receipt process. Nancy said I must call back Melissa but i did not call back.
This # is a scam claiming you have been chosen for a $8500 Federal Government Good Citizen Grant. Melissa Williams told me to call her as soon as I got to a Money Gram Store and bring $290.00 cash which would I would me reimbursed. Luckily before I went, I googled the phone # and found out it is a scam.
