Automated message said the IRS had a lawsuit against me and that I should call them back at this number.

received automated call saying a lawsuit had been filed against  me.

This scam is still running using this number.

*NO* government or law enforcement agency will ever telephone you to tell you they are suing or going to arrest you. That MUST be done in writing. DO NOT fall for these scams. Make sure all of your family and friends know this...especially the elderly.

I received a call from this number saying the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. This after blocking another number that called 3 times this morning.786-732-5443 stating the same thing, basically, but said case file instead of lawsuit.
