A recorded message saying a warrant has been issued for my arrest by the IRS in connection with a case file. To contact this number. And says God Bless at end.

Thwart them by denying messages being left. Got to move on to another number eventually if they're not getting any answer at all from yours.

I just got the same call. In the past few days I have gotten the same recorded message at least 3 times with the exception, they all came from a different  number each time.

recording voice telling me that it was the IRS and a warrant had been issued for my arresst in a case that wss filed against  me by the IRS and said God Bless at end.

Tax season fraud. reported to the Tax Inspector General. It's an indian or pakistani call center using VOIP to scam people out of money.
