They said it's voice mail did not speak to anyone

Had voicemail from this number stating the IRS was filing charges on me.Called back and it is a non working number

I just got called here too same situation with you. And I called back it just hungs up. Is this really a prank? Im kiND of nervous

Have you seriously never heard of this all-too-common fake IRS scam?  Google it if you need to, but please educate yourself so you don't get scammed.
