This is a well-known scam. You can't get a grant you never applied for, grants are only given for very specific reasons - and certainly NOT because you don't have tickets or haven't filed bankruptcy. You also never have to pay a fee to apply for, or receive a grant!
This number called and left a message at 5:30 am telling me that they are the internal revenue services and I have fraudulent activity on my taxes and I should call back before they issue me an arrest warrant. I have received nothing in the mail regarding this matter and can only assume it is a scam. BEWARE! don't give out ANY personal information.. Nothing, no address, no mothers maiden name, nothing. The IRS should have everything they need to get in touch with you. They shouldn't need anymore information.

They changed up their scam but it's the same number you reported only they are saying you get free money from the federal government for being a good citizen. If a number with just zero and three calls that gentleman will refer you to the 202 number
