My call pertained to a breach as my ss and personal information has been compromised, I was instructed to push , I , didn't do it, I googled the number 202 759 6767. Can't tell you anything else, just an FYI.
There is an office representative claiming to work for Bryant and Bryant with a phone number of 202-759-6767, claiming to be collecting for Ace Cash Express and threatening felony charges and stating that the FTC and FDCPA Collection laws do not apply to "this certain situation" regarding online bank debt transfers", such as Ace. His name is "Michael Corr" and he is very condescending, demanding and dismissive. He may be able to convince elderly people but common sense and a little bit of research will show you this is not a valid debt call. Please be aware as he has called my place of employment, my mother and my girlfriend.
Michael Corr called several people trying to reach my son with the same tactic and demanding approach with me. That's why I'm doing research on him and his company before I contact my attorney.
This guy just called me and my mother threatening myself and my mom he was very demanding and pushy and rude. Please beware and report this as soon as you can. I will report this tomorrow.
