It's obvious the phone companies don't care one bit about spam calls. Ok, fine. How about congress pass some laws that make callers to numbers on DNC like a 900 number? Someone calls a number on DNC, they get hit 5 cents. Not a lot of money, but it would shut down the telemarketing robo dialers. I'll even give the phone company 4 cents, I'll take only a penny. Anything to cut down on the robocalls.
