I got a phone call today informing me of a" payday loan", I took out from Pay day loans and more. Apparently I will be summoned to court and face prison time if i did not pay today. Very caring person when he thought I would pay today, but when I made it clear no money was coming his way to settle with them he became very angry! It is just a tactic to get $$$. PLEASE REPORT IF YOU GET ANY OF THESE PHONE CALLS! Unfortunately this is the 2nd call i have received like this and i regret reporting it!

got a call saying i owe for payday loan from cash net subsidary co. ask to send me papers said he could only do e-mail. said i wanted papers mail to me then he said i'd be served with papers and good luck in court. notthing but a scammer. trying to get money. it has to be a scammer did't show name only co.
I received a call today, January 14 from Jeffrey Merge calling from the corporate office of the MCI firm. Calling in regards to a complaint that they have in the office attached to my name and social security number. Jeffrey stated that allegations are serious and definitely deserve my immediate attention. Jeffrey requested that my attorney contact him at 202.760.3227. At the end of his message, Jeffrey wished me good day and good luck. The phone number that he left is a cell phone number. Hmm...
