We are getting these calls too and from other numbers and area codes. Same person keeps leaving message "Hello, Is Richard there?". My husband picked up a call from 713-344-1377 one day and then the caller was asking for Sarah, but wouldn't say why he was calling. I don't believe this is the RNC since he wouldn't tell us why he was calling. If he was cold calling for donations to the RNC, he wouldn't have hung up on my husband. This sounds like a scam to make the Republicans look bad.
