This morning I had a missed call from 202-769-7192. Since I never return unfamiliar numbers, I checked this on my computer and found the list of complaints. Add me to the list!!!!! Almost an hour was deducted from my airtime phone minutes (my carrier has reimbursed me for this) but was told my only recourse was to contact our local police to file a complaint. Good luck with that - where does this fall behind murder, robbery, child abuse, etc, etc, etc...
