Received a call from American Uprise at 8:33a.m. this morning. I answered (half asleep), but as soon as he said the words corrupt politicians in Washington, I stopped him, asked him if he knew what time it was here, and hung up on him.

This is a scam. They want you to think this is the PAC with a very similar name (I believe the real one is America Uprising). But no matter....if I donate to a candidate I give directly to their campaign, NOT TO A PAC
