called and before they said anything I told them I didn't want any grant as I told them yesterday and many times before that and she asked to speak to me anyways and I told her that my number was on the do not call list and she hung up on me. They also called me from a 202 810 3336 number.
I am receiving at times 10 calls a day from this number. The moment I answer one of several things happens: I am either dumped by the automated dialer (presumably because the call volume is too high to handle), somebody who can hardly say my name answers and hangs up the moment I say to take me off their list. Every agent has a distinct Indian accent (having worked in the customer service industry with call centers all over the map, trust me, I'll bet this one is in Hyberdad.)
This most likely was caused by filling out a survey because within 3 hours, I received a call at 2am from this number (resulting in a hang up.) in other words, the information was sold to this company.
