I'm assuming the caller was a debt collector looking for a person who hasn't had this phone number in over ten years (we used to get collection calls for her all the time). He said must have some wrong information and apologized for bothering me. The caller display shows "Citizens United".

Citizens United is a Conservative political group. Probably soliciting funds.
