Who called from 2027805931

I got a call from these people and they say I was accepted for 9,000 dollars but that I have to pay 250 and register through western union.

I called knowing it was a scam just to mess with them. I called the 202 number, and was told to ask for a Nadlyn. She explained, that I would have to pay a fee of $251.00 to get my "grant". I then asked her name, and which department she worked for. She gave me the name of Nadlynn Morrlls, or something like that, and said she worked for HHS. She had an accent like the first Indian guy who called me. I then asked her what her government pay scale was and she hung up on me.
