Who called from 2027873963

Looks like our scammers have a slew of new numbers they have started to use.  5 minutes ago I got a new number from Oregon saying Community Call, now this one from Wahington DC.  First time I got this call, but I bet anything it won't be the last.

Got this number on ID 20 minutes after a Miami number.  No messages left.

Same thing happened to us - the 202-787-3963 came up - we didn't answer.
Shortly thereafter, the 386-423-4744 number called - didn't answer that one either.
What is the MATTER with these people? It must work sometime, it has to cost a lot
to keep it up!

Likewise, just a number but no name on the ID. No message on VM. Probably a robo-caller or an inept salesperson.
