I had conversation of the same number, i got the cheque with a huge amount.... Here introduce himself as Jord Mata and ask me tranfer payment to the moving agent Of $4000 to Tony Mover...

Hi, I had text message and emails from same person "Jordan Mata".  Wow, this guy gets around!

We had a very similar situation.
The individual used the name Tony Walter. Sent us a bank draft for $2840.00

It's a scam!

I received a message yesterday from a Tony Walter responding to my cleaning service ad on Kijiji he said he needed  his apartment cleaned before his arrival.  He offered me double the amount of payment I had listed  and asked me to send him my address so he could mail me a check.  He stated the apartment would be refurnished with new furniture it sounds like he's sending people large checks expecting the cleaner to send part of that payment to a  moving company that is probably him then his cheque  bounces  then the cleaner will be out the money they mailed to the moving company.  I haven't sent him my address I think I will contact the police first  His email was [email protected]

Thank you for posting, the same person just sent us a request for cleaning, sounded to good so I google his email and saw your post. He also made a mistake by replying back with a different name ... Patrick Kelly.
