I got the same call today wanting to reward me for always paying the IRS on time and not having a bankruptcy in the last year

Received call today saying that im could receive or qualified for $9.000 from yhe Treasury Dept for a $200 actvation fee eith the Fed Reserve bank of New York. The 200dollars to be charged for activating and registering my name.

So what ended up happening?

Same thing here but nothing happened when I called.

Thats because it was a scammer who called you. You have to APPLY for a fed. grant, they don't just randomly select people and call..
