As of 12/7/15, I've received 3 calls, since 11/3/15, from this unknown number. I found this in a Google search: 202-794-7690 : Deangelo Hinkle,15th St NE, Washington, District of Columbia. Could be that the perp is using poor Deangelo's number/old number, but since I don't recognize the name or number, I didn't answer and no message was left. CID is simply "Washington DC". Now that others have posted here, it is beginning to become apparent that it is a person of suspicious intent.
Got call from this number. When I answered no one was there so I called back. Got a recording that said press 1 to leave message press 2 to be removed.
Got a call from this number, showing Washington, D.C. I thought it might be the President or Michelle, so I answered it. No such luck. Nothing at the other end.
