Who called from 2027960706

I got a call on my text line. I don't take calls on that line because I would need my headset on to hear it and I don't sit at my PC all day waiting. Telemarketers are running rampant lately and they don't care about the Do NOT Call Registry.

Unknown caller?
Repeatedly.

No idea who this is as they are never there.

They continue to call late at night and if you are to call them back blocking your number it states that "no one is available to take your call".

IDK why these callers keep calling. it's a District of Columbia, Washngton Number. I didn't answer.
