Female Computerized voice claiming to be from the IRS, threatening to pursue legal action if I didn't call back. I've been told that the IRS will never call you, but rather send in by mail. Pretty sure this is a scam. 5/20/16
Received a computer voiced call saying it was the IRS with a case against my name and that I had to call back before charges were pursued. Upon return call, I reached a call center in India.
Received a call from this number, the guy said his name was David Michael. He said he was with the IRS and I was going to be arrested for tax evasion. He even told be we could do this privately or publicly and if I choose privately then I could not discuss this with anyone at all. He had and Indian accent. After I hung up with him I received a call from a local number, and when I googled the number it was from the pistol permit office, saying they had a warrant for my arrest. I called the local number and asked to speak to the lady that called me and there was no one there by that name. The IRS is not going to call you like this. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
Unbelievable I got a call from 929-225-8657 and he said his name was officer David Michael then I got a call from the same guy that number 202-798-3383 and on that number it called when it was a American Voice recording that it was the IRS and the same threat when I called back that number the same guy that has a Indian accent supposedly David Michael which is a made-up name answered the phone again everytime I call back the same guy answers I blocked my number when I call him again I told him if he keeps calling me I'm going to have him arrested and I'm reporting him and yet he still keeps calling
