I got a call today on my cell phone. Didn't answer because unfamiliar number. When I tried to call back on VOIP line, the number was not in service. Must be a crook of some kind.
I called this number back - a lady answered - the area code is wrong, but the phone number was hers! She was NOT a call center - could hear kids in the background, etc. She is as upset about this as I was. She is tired of angry call backs when she didn't make a call.
