Called twice within as many days. Rings only three times. No message. No caller id available; only number.

This is a "robo" call.  The other number they use is 202-798-7460.

Called today.  Annoying, since they don't hang up fast enough, so I get a "message" that the line is still in use.

I called back. It's the Environmental Defense Fund in DC. Strange that they leave no message. Spoke with no one at their end. Was invited to leave a message. Do Not Call doesn't apply to them, I guess, because they're a 501C3 corp.

Caller ID says "Washington DC".  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  It's the Environment Defense Fund.  You can press a key to be added to their Do-Not-Call list (I never do this as it can make things worse).

I can't say I appreciate them spoofing the caller ID.  They call from a variety of numbers.
