A stupid collection agency! They pretend to be FBI/law enforcement and transfer you to a "lawyer" that gives you the heads up that you have until a certain time to pay a past debt before a warrant is issued for your arrest (because that's what lawyers do ::sarcasm::) and they become aggressive when you try to make arrangements because they wont the full do and plus a lot more.
