tried to tell me I had a problem with windows on my computer..couldn't understand him asked to put someone else on who spoke better english.. I tried to ask which computer lol, he stumbled.. DUH... I have 4 computers ALL with windows... :P
Same here, saying my computer has a virus and is reporting back to their servers. I am a network engineer so I know this is a scam, I lead them on for about 10 to 15 minutes. I act like i can't find what they are talking about on the keyboard. Keeps them from scamming others and wastes their time.
Call claiming windows tech support; I work with IT support and these guys are not from Microsoft; It is a joke; they try to tell you there is a virus on your windows (all very convincing) until they have you go to their website and enter your credit card information and then they steal your money. Just ask them on the phone if you can have their number because you need to call them back. They will just hang up. If they were from Microsoft they would be able to give you a number to call back.
