Do NOT give your credit card to people over the phone of course. There are a lot of SCAM calls out there, so the best thing to do is NOT to answer if you don't know who is calling.
I got a call from this number today at 8:19 PM. Did not answer because I did not recognize the number. My caller id just repeated the phone number. No message left.
