Who called from 2028005588

called and I said Hello four times and phone was silent

Received a call from D.C. area code.  I figured it was the committee to re-elect the president.  I ask the caller to list his accomplishments.  Nothing but silence on the other end.

Had a very length message left from this number.   We could not understand a word of it.   Almost like a clicking voice with a staccato beat. I listened several times and was unable to decipher.

This number keeps calling and not speaking.... has called my house over 20 times in last 3 days.... looking at filing a harassment report with the police.

This is a campaign call from the Citizens of Ethical Leadership. How do I get off of this list???
